Law Practice: I am outside General Counsel for the Las Vegas Police Protective Association Metro, Inc. and the Las Vegas Police Protective Association Civilian Employees, Inc. As part of my duties I have represented officers in over 350 critical incidents and/or officer involved shootings. I am also a lobbyist at the Nevada Legislature. In addition to the law enforcement work, I have a small practice doing mostly civil litigation, personal injury, corporate formation/compliance and estate planning.
Business: I have formed and operated several public companies and currently I operate a business development company (RD Heritage Group, LLC) and businesses in the merchant servicing arena.
Personal: My fiancée Kelley and I like to travel to Europe and Mexico. We have also helped form a non-profit, Sin City AWS (American Wine Society), and I have been volunteer General Counsel for the Injured Police Officers Fund for over 20 years.
